N95 8GB on o2

Hey all,
First off... I am going to immigrate to the UK from the middle east and thus i really have very little information on networks in UK or these pay monthly offers.

I was searching for offers of the N95 8gb as was pleased to see virtually 'free' offers for the handset. I got advice from my cousin living there for these pay monthly offers.

A little search let me to the mobideal site

http://mobideal.co.uk/show.asp?hs=n958gb

First off... the 3 offer with the free video calls looked attractive and the fact that the coverage was available in places of stay (Cambridge and bury st edmunds)

Then i got this news about o2 (please tell whether this is true)

1.They provide unlocked phones with their monthly offers (PLEASE be true:tongue😊 although i dont mind paying 20 pounds or so.

2.The firmware is very less altered (compared to other networks) . Nevertheless i would want to actual nokia firmware and remove some of their 'rap' due to main reason some very helpful firmware updates are on the way i feel (the N96 software battery optimization)

The coverage is fine for me i think (for the places of interest)

From what i know, O2 is widely known for their consumer support.

I thought of going for the 70 pound odd one with 400 mins/ 500 texts as it is reasonable.
I would really like free offers that don't demand 1000 minutes as that i s being unrealistic for me.
I have 2 more months to hope for that a reasonable free offer comes by.

Can someone also tell the reliability for dialaphone?
It looks like a pretty big network but then again... i have 0 experiance.

Please help.
Thanks

I just got mine from O2.

EDIT: Don't go to dialaphone - go into O2 store. More reliable and you wont get pushed into contract terms you dont want.
Also - £75 per month is an extremely high plan - way more than you seem to need. Even the £45 per month plan gives 1000 mins, 500 texts and still get free internet.

Free 'unlocked' phone on £45pm contract - but you can get free on the £35 one too which gives 600 mins, couple of hundred texts and you can add on a free 'bolt-on' - in my case unlimited internet access.

Phone is not the latest firmware but not a single prob so far

Defo better deal than the '3' one - they dont offer the same amount of minutes, texts and internet - in fact it works out about 25% more per month if you are a reasonable data user

Happy shopping

Could you please provide the details of our deal with 02.

I am not such a big talker and 300-400 minutes are enough.
The link i gave you , the daliaphone 1st deal is good.

But if i like your deal, itll be great.

Tell your end cost also please
