nokia maps - gps fail , broken

Hey i don't understand but on my nokia n95 8gb the nokia maps software automatically exits it self right after you comfirm your route and are ready to go so for example

i go to navigate to from my current possition and as i soon as that it just exits.

why

if i reinstall the software will i loose my 30 day trial of voice navigation.

its a 3 day trial not 30
