Photo Blogging web site

6 replies · 2,532 views · Started 30 January 2003

Hi folks,

I've put together a little photo-blogging web site. You can blog from anywhere via MMS or email. With each entry you can add a photo attachment.

The MMS upload currently only works for Voda and Orange in the UK. If anybody on another network wants to help make it work for them, please mail me.

I'm looking for any kind of feedback. The site is currently just running over dsl so if it's a tad sluggish, I'm sorry.

Anyway, if you'd like to play with it, go to http://www.phlog.net to set up an account.

I'll be constantly adding features as soon as I have the time. Comments will be the first thing - hopefully I'll get a chance to add them at the weekend.

All suggestions and comment are greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Alan

Hey! 😃

I have no doubt at all that it's better, but your site's down 😞

I want to check it out!

Alan

Hey!

Seems to be a problem there, sure it will be fixed soon.

PS: It's not mine, it's a freeware application I found, works great! 😊

Take care,
Terje

Cool. I'll check again later.

Just realised account creation on my site was broke! LOL. Fixed it now.

Great first impression, right? 😃
moblogger is WAY better. 😊 It works with www.blogger.com etc too!
www.manywhere.com
I have a question about MoBlogger.

I can get the program to connect to Blogger.com but does not upload the images to my ftp server.

I believe has something to do with this line [code:1]<param name="ftpDir">media/</param>[/code:1] but am not 100% sure.

Can anyone offer any advise about the ftp settings as the Manywhere web site seems to lack any FAQ about the settings.

Thanks in advance
