I already have the standard N95 and want to upgrade to the 8gb model. My problem is that im stuck into my t mobile contract for another 12 months roughly so I cannot take a new contract out or upgrade.....
I have seen the 8gb hanset online sim free for about �280-�300 and can probably get between �100-�150 for my N95.
So bascially I will have to pay the outstanding balance, BUT is it really worth getting the 8gb model over the standard one???? I lvoe the way it looks but just want some advice from people who have already done this...

So in reply to your question I don't see the point. Waste of money in my opinion.
I've had my N95 for 8 months now, got an N95 8GB on new contract and I sold it.
The only better things in my opinion are 8GB and better battery.
1) But I'm happy with my 2gb card and I can always buy 8gb card if I need one and have much quicker transfer using card reader.
2) My battery last one day easily, I always charge my phones over night and have a car charger. So again - I'm happy with my N95

i own a N95 but also borrowed a N95 8g to try.
if you are into watching videos and surfing the net, the huge screen is already well worth it. else i did'nt feel compelled to upgrade from the original N95.
of course theres also the much better built + 8G of storage memory (but usb transfer seemed very slow)
