Don't know if you can see from the picture, but basically when i hold down the menu button to get up the list of running programs, it has the normal 'Standby' on its own but with a scroll bar next to it. (in the picture i also have another program that i was running in order to take the screanshot, but it still shows the two programs there but with the scroll bar.)
I'm pretty sure that it wasn't there when i first had the phone but thought i would ask you guys what you think.

Mine always had a scrollbar, even if it's just the 'standby' app with nothing else running. I've changed it to use taskman now though.
