phone faulty after less than a year, what can i do?

I had my n95 for less than a year when i noticed that the flash didnt work anymore and that the side buttons had stopped working. I returned it to the dealer i bought it from who are also a nokia repair center.

They ordered a new flash unit but still the flash didnt work, so they tried to copy new firmware to it but they bricked it in the process! they then sent it off to nokia for them to fix direct.

I found out today that nokia have sent it back to them but it still wasnt working so they have sent it back again. I have been without my phone for over a month now!!!

What can i do apart from leave the phone with them to sort out? can i demand a new unit as it will still be under warranty? what are my options?

cheers

It depends from the law of your region. For what you said, on some countries you have already the right go have a new unit.

i'm not too sure what the laws are in the uk, anyone able to comment on this? if i was due a new handset, who would be responsible for this? i've put a post also onto the nokia forums and have emailed their online helpdesk to try and bring about a conclusion to this
