I thought that I saw the procedure before here but can't find it. My E62 won't start up. The screen lights up and the NOKIA comes on and that is all. I have taken out the battery many times and kept it our for varying peroids of time and that same applies. I was in my Wayfinder program trying to find a route and it just hung up there and I can't get it going again. It won't turn off either I have to remove the battery just to shut it down. It seems like a saw a sequence of a reset prodedure here---any advice please???
