I bought mine from www.just-talk.com and it wasn't too bad.

Plusses:

* $829 price
* $18 2 day shipping (within US)
* fairly fast on the emails
* nice website
* really did take two days (some sites I've paid for rapid shipping take their sweet butt time getting it out the door)
* included a converter (see neutral below)

Neutral:

* The phone is a Swedish import, so I got the Euro power supply. Only UK English is a choice. I had to manually go change things like pound symbols to dollar signs. They did include an adapter for the power cable.

Negative:

* Didn't advertise (where I could see it at least) that it was a non US import. That should be up front and very visible on their website.
* The manual and most literature is in Swedish!!! Good thing I got the PDF version in English (they also emailed me a PDF after I emailed them to complain.

This is definitely a RTFM device. But I can't read any scandinavian languages, I missed those classes in HS.

Overall, I'm happy. I'm concerned about getting flash upgrades though - I haven't contacted them on that. If they do them free of charge (if I pay shipping), that would be acceptable. I'd rather walk into a local Ericsson dealer and get it done direct though.

I bought mine for 695, shipping to France included, on monday. Got it on tuesday.
It's the standard HK box, so I had to use one of my own UK to FRA adaptor for the charger (plugs are different).
Bought it here : www.hk-mobile.com
