NO turn on for alarm clock

Try Clock > Options > New quick alarm

or

Clock > Right Nav key > Options > New alarm

Sorry just reread your post. Do you mean auto ringing when the alarm time is reached when the phone is off?

Yes. A meant when I set the alarm and turn phone off. It don't start automatically and ring...

Just tried to replicate your problem on my N95 8GB and my alarm came on fine even though the phone was switched off.
My firmware is

V 15.0.015
11-12-07
RM-320
Nokia N95 (01.01)

I have the same firmware so I'll try to update phone again...

When you restore this time DO NOT restore Settings as this has an adverse effect on new firmware (software).

might have copied over an older config from the older firmware, did you restore the system state?
