? in front of files .xls .doc

Some files with the extention .xls and/or .doc start before the filename with a ?
Does someone know the meaning of this?

Hello Martin

This means that you don't have an application installed on the phone that will open the file. Quick Office should open most stuff like that. Is it installed? Check your Download app for apps to download. It should have been pre-installed but I guess it depends on part of the world and market and whether you bought SIM Free or contract and if contract, who it's with.
