Zoom: Do you mean when taking a photograph? If so, it's a digital zoom so don't bother, you will only lose detail, edit your photos on a computer later for more accuracy.
If you want to zoom in on a pic stored on your phone, you'll have to open it via the Picture Gallery. There's an option for zooming which you won't find if you're going via the File Explorer.
