Memory problem

I have Nokia N70 Music Edition
I have received some music files via bluetooth. when I try to save it I get the mesaage:
Music player: Not enough memory to perform operation. Delete some data first.
I have more than enough space on my memory card and phone memroy.

I think, that its not ROM memory, but RAM memory. Free RAM, see if you have some Java apps open, or camera... both eats a lot of RAM. By other way, N70 have a good RAM... most of the time.

none of java apps are open and camera is closed too.
The file is almost 11Mb.
is there any possibility to increase RAM?
or any other solution?

No way to increase RAM - only management of the existing one. Could also be the ROM memory when you perform the open process... try delete Messages, images from phone memory... something that release ROM memory.

I have deleted all messages and I have no images and videos in my phone memory.
memory detais are:
14MB. in use
5514kB Free memory
2kB Calendar
46kB Contacts
11MB Messages (received file+message templates)
0B Images
0B Sound files
0B Video clips
180B documents
128kB applications

Is there any possibility not to receive files via bluetooth as messages.

No problem in receive files by bluetooth. So you have 5,5Mb of free ROM phone memory. The files to open which size they have? More or more or less that 5,5 value, they just dont open... not enough memory.

I had 16 Mb of free memory on my phone memory. I have received music file via bluetooth. file size is 11 Mb.
I can open it in music player and listen it.
when I try to save it on memory card, I get this error message.
