When I was on Windows Mobile there was a neat app that would change the background picture on my home screen depending on the weather outside. If it was raining, then then backdrop pic would change to an umbrella or rain. Same with sunny or snowy or whatever was happening. It was nice because I didn't have to run a weather app to determine the weather outside, before I actually went outside. Does anyone know of ANY app similar to this on Symbian? How about an app to just automatically change themes?

Best Profiles and Handy Profiles will change the theme when you change profile and lets you set when that happens based on time, location (cell), calendar rules or charging status. There are also weather apps like handy weather. It isn't too much of a leap to invisage an app that does what you describe.

I actually own Best profiles and it is a very good program. I could go in and set it up to change the theme according to the "predicted" 7 day forecast, unfortunately I am too lazy/busy to do this EVERY week, plus we all know how rapidly the weather changes and whatnot. I would like a program that integrated the weather with automatic theme change. Hopefully SOMEONE will see this as a good money making opportunity and take on the task. I would, but I'm no programmer. It can't be that hard, can it? I mean there IS a program already like that on (Gasp!) Windows Mobile. I really don't know though, my specialty is Medicine.
