Invalid Multimedia Access Point PROBLEM

Hi, I have my MMS access point settings sent by the operator, I've saved it, made it default. And yet when i try to send a MMS it says no valid access point defined. Define now? yes/no. If I select the same point manually it can send MMS but I cannot receive. If I format the phone(green 3 *) and Use the same settings it works but when i restore from the back up it gives me the same error... PLS help
PS My phone is Nokia 6630
