I am using a W960i in the U.S. on the T-Mobile network. The phone is wonderful except that it freezes up. The front screen will show a full signal etc. but I can't make or receive a call (it goes to voice mail) and I can't use the on/off button at the top to reset.
The rest of the phone seems to be working. I can access the music etc., except when i play the music no sound comes but the phone appears to be playing.
The only way out of it is to pull the battery out and reset or to move the phone in to Flight mode and then in to phone mode - this seems to get the phone to reset it self, reboot and good to go.
Then the phone will refreeze unpredictably again.
Any ideas/help appreciated.
