I've searched the forum but cannot find anything for this problem (with my search words anyway!).
I have a Nokia n95 on Orange in the UK. It's only 2 weeks old.
So far the phone has frozen 6 times.
Twice when sending a message, once when removing the memory card (via the menu) and 3 times at the end of calls.
The only way to reset is to take the battery out but the weird thing is that the display stays on screen even with the battery out - it fades out over 20 seconds. After that I can restart it.
Before I call Orange I am curious if this is a common fault or if there is a simple fix for this.
