Apologies in advance if this has been resolved before - I have searched and couldn't find a definite answer to the Q.
I can see my home wireless network (Sky) - connection is good. But when I type in the Network Key (located under the router) I get a shared key error message. I have no other passwords or keys set up other than that which came with the router and account from Sky.
I've played with different settings on the phone but still no joy.
Grateful for any suggestions
