We have a 7 in one card reader 😊 Can read MS, CF(type one and type two), SD, MMC, Smart Media, Micro Drive.
Ill try to post a pic later 😊 The size is just slightly bigger than a credit card. Connection to PC is still USB. If your using windows XP then no drivers are necessary.

Was as DOML yesterday. Guy there said that SE was controlling the price. Checked with Southasia a floor down and the price was the same.

Apparently it's essential for transfering data to & fro from the memory stick. Being USB 2.0, it offers godly speeds.

Besides it is expensive.
Better buy it online. it only costs around US$70.
