The Battery in my N95 headset is dead so I took it into the Service Centre in Kingston and they said they couldn't change it.
Surely this is an easy job with the right tools and something the instore team should be able to do?
They didn't offer to send it off either.
How have other people gone about replacing the battery? I know i can be done at home but I'll probably break it! Have other people had it changed at the Carphone Warehouse? :con?
