Thanx RogerPodacter 4 ur advice on multimedia menu. Only had the phone a day or 2 when i realised it was different (thought i'd broke it).

Sorry kontraband, dont mean 2 b a pain. But 1 of u may be able 2 help me out.

When transfering music files from my pc (via bluetooth) and converting using the software in the box, they play at stupidly high speeds (like the chipmunks). But if i transfer without converting they play fine.

Have checked posts/threads and no1 seems to have had the same problem.

Is it the software on my pc or am I doing something wrong?

They are mp3 files, some from cds and some from limewire.

If it is a software issue can some1 send me the link to correct it. If not let me know where i'm going wrong.

Any response greatly appreciated as i'm not the best with computers.

Many Thanks

You should check all the settings when you convert your music. The problem you are having sounds like it could be the samplerate at which ur converting to.
Generally you want the samplerate to be 44100Hz, if your settings aren't on that, then give that a go.

Ive heard this problem before.. theres a few people out there with the same problem

seems to revolve around bitrate/what format your converting too.

Does it happen if you just transfer across?
