I have problem recovering my phones firmware. When I try to update with NSU it shows me this:

Nokia N95 firmware recovery problem.
I am doing all as in guide m8. It don't help. It just don't allow me to do recovery. 😞 I have tried to reinstall NSU and PC suit and no differences. Made hard reset. And still no chance. Any ideas? 😞

That's odd. With me it tells me that I'm already up to date but I can re-install if I want. I'm presuming that version number is a branded version? If so I guess you'll just have to trawl through the forum finding out how to de-brand as well as change product code. I've done the latter but never the former.
That version number looks like either an internal Nokia build, or a test / development handset.
If changing the product code doesn't fix the problem, then we'd have to start asking where you bought the phone from; which network it was originally on; what it's true origins are.
I changed product code few times for different country codes but same thing when updating happens. The thing is that when I bought it (in Ireland) I updated software few times and made recovery without any problems. I don't understand what happened. I had installed some software on it but I am not sure that it could do some change in firmware in any way. And another strange thing is that on phone it shows correct version of firmware (20.0.015) but when updating throw NSU it show as in image. And in NSS it also shows strange version information. 😞
what network was the phone on?
have you read the stickies at the top about debranding? (and no i do not mean shooting russell brand although that would be fun)
did you just randomly pick a product ID if so that could casue a problem.
you need to know if it is the rm159 or 160 and then pick the product code, i went for a euro1 and the colour of the phone. (plum)
added this into NSS and hit save and it worked a treat.
I don't know the network and I am sure that it don't mater. And this problem o cured before I did re brand. I made screen shot of what shows NSS about Firmware version: 
It shows that strange 6wk41v43.1 firmware. 😞
see the read button, hit that and then it has the product ID in there, change it to be a EURO1 code for the N95.
make sure you pick the right version of your phone, sand, plum or silver.
then hit write.
close it.
open pc suite
try to update
Already have done that. Didn't help. 😞 Any other ideas?
