my wife is getting about 50 - 100 messages a day sometimes 10 at a time she is on 02 and it says you need at least 15p calltime to access your mobile internet service to top up call 4444.
she cant top her phone up now because she thinks its going to get used up by the wap can anyone tell us how to slove this problem please:con?

your saying, you get about 50 - 100 messages, who are they from.
is it the o2 company, or someone you dont know, i.e premium number.

some times you can send a txt to something like a premium txt, and they will keep sending you a txt and you will be charged for this, even if you dont reply.

if this is the case, check the number, lets say it is 84443.

so to STOP it you will txt 84443, and then write in the txt STOP, and then send it.

that should work first time.

i have had a problem like this, and thats what i did and it stopped.

they kept on taking money out my phone, everytime i topped it up, they would take money out.
i did they stop thing i explained on top, BUT i also managed to find out where this company was, and it turned out to be a p.o.box address.

i asked the person when the owner of the p.o.box would come down, and he told me and i waited and caught the guy.
i told him what was happening and after he got a smack in the mouth he gave me my money back, that was about £54, and some compansation.

worked for me.

but the first thing is, try the txt and stop, if that fails, contact you phone company and see if they could do something. other than that you might have to change phone number

you must of tried to talk to someone from your phone provider.
they should be able to sort the problem out.

i once lost my contacts, and i phoned my provider and asked them for a list of numbers i had dialed, they said yes, they gave them to me, because they had all records of calls and txt on their computers.

so i am sure they can sort you out, and if it is their problem, ask for some good will, like some free credit.

keep in touch with the out come.

well having done a lot of reading on this forum i did a factory reset it sorted the problem out but she wasnt happy because she lost her deal or no deal game🙄never mind you cant please em all😮
