I deleted C:\Nokia\Mail Folder

3 replies · 2,565 views · Started 01 February 2003

I deleted C:\Nokia\Mail thinking that this was the folder where e-mail headers were stored. But I've discovered that not only headers are stored but all your sms messages, e-mails, and MMS.

After that when I tried to write a SMS,MMS or e-mail I was given a SYSTEM ERROR! I restarted the phone and I could reconfigure my SMS MESSAGE CENTRE and send SMS, I deleted my mail accounts and created them again and I've mail working properly, what I've been unable to fix is MMS composing and sending.

Can Anyone help?😞

If you had read AAS first, you would had found that its the really good way
to get your phone f**ed up real good 😃
Might as well take it to nearest NSC 😃 😃 😃

I can say only one thing,if nothing else works, backup your phone and do a hard reset.
Try to restore the backup after the hard reset.
It might work.

Yes, after restore you will safe..

If you backup your phone, you can restore your configuration settings...
Open PC Suite and syncronize only your document section!!!! (check only document section in the syncronize menu if you dont want to restore all of the things..)

I think you tried to expand your phone memory... 8)
