Yeah 8GB will work. I've got 6GB in mine.
n95 will take up to 32 GB cards.

It is confirmed to support 8gb (I have one myself) and will apparently support the upcoming 12Gb as well but thats not on the market yet so cannot be confirmed 100%
There is no reason to suspect it won't support future Micro SDHC cards as long as the technology isn't radically changed.

yes it will. 16GB card was confirmed to work about a month ago in an n95. of course they arent released yet till this summer. but since SDHC goes up to 32GB, there is no reason why 32GB cards will not work in the n95 when they come out.
