Hmmm, interesting if true. Would make sense.

However, as I have said on another forum, as much as I like tomtom, I dont want them choosing my phone for me.

So tomtom just lost my business if this rumour is true.

Out of interest, how do you think it would make sense??

Because tomtom havent given any updates for mobiles and PDAs since Febuary last year. And I cannot beleive tomtom is ignoring the mobile market completely, its just becoming too big. We all know about the upcoming phones, and how most have GPS, even the midrange ones.

So given the total lack of interest tomtom are displaying the current satnav capable phones and PDAs, them making something of their own (or going into partnership with someone like google or HTC) would make sense.

To me anyway. 😉
