A large screened S60 slider, 5 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3.5G data - it's got to be the Nokia N95, right? But actually no, I just came across this recent video (see below) of the Samsung G810, which also adds a stainless steel case and genuine 3x optical zoom into the mix. Looks very good from here, we'll get one for review when it appears in the real world, never fear.

Read on in the full article.

I've never had a problem with my Samsung, reliable, huge load capacity, great results.
Sorry, should have mentioned it's my Samsung washing machine i'm reffering to.

Is it really those sizes though? I seem to remember an article by on AAS about a Samsung and Rafe (or someone) said that Samsung were quite often...economical....with their dimensions. Often it was a bit bigger than they stated.

Still, if they are correct thats a blinding effort, especially as its got optical zoom.

I wonder how much of the 'normal' S60 v3 software is compatible with this smartphone. It's gonna be hit only if it's significantly cheaper, but completely compatible (remember Compaq vs. IBM?)

Forgive me if I'm mistaken (which I don't think I am); but the Samsung add for the G800 in South Africa claims that it has the world's first 3x Optical zoom. I'm quite sure that the Nokia N93 had 3x Optical a few years ago?

btw, this phone just came out as the best in EISA awards, along the HTC touch, and SE. Hope we can get a review of this. thanks.
