My fone kept coming up as thought the "0" button was being pressed constantly so my screen would be full of "0's", therfor making my fone unusable, anyone else had this problem? any idea why it happend? In my moment of general handymanness, i kept trying to lift the "0" button up to make sure it was clean underneath etc, but obviously did it too much and the "0" button came off. as my fone is on contract do u think 02 will replace or fix my fone? thanks peeps

Could depend on how long you've had the phone. If it's late on in your contract and they turn down a free repair, you could always say "Well then I'll go to someone else when my contract ends" and they'll start sweating!! 😊

havent tryed the gps to be honest fone was doing my head in for the first time since i had it with the constant "0000000000000000000000....." across the screen. think im about a year into an 18month contract.

Anyway, getting back on topic, yeah give o2 a ring and see if they can replace or fix it for ya. Heed my advice earlier and hopefully that'll help you. At the same time though, I'm on Pay and Go with o2 and they wouldn't (or couldn't) even try to save me cos I wanted IMAP access so I can access my Gmail account using the built-in messing app, rather than use the Gmail java app. I said I could get it with other PAYGs (which I think is true) but not with o2 but they went ahead and gave me my PAC code anyway.
