gps phone locator

hello! i have a question that's been bugging me and i can say i'm happy i found this site because it helps me a whole lot! i was wondering is there any way that i can locate my n95 if just in case it gets stolen? or maybe if i just wanna track someone as to where they are and stuff like that? hope you can help me out.would really appreciate it...thanks!!!
