I've transfered my favorite CDs to my N81 8GB in wav format as I wanted to but now, when I want to transfer songs or parts of the same songs as ringtones, etc., I get the 'error' message. If this is the 'usage rights' issue, what can I do to get my stuff transfered? Thanks, Sorin

I don�t think so..., but could be:con? Do you use PCSuite to do the transfer of musics?
It won't be DRM. However, wav files are huge compared to MP3s so maybe that's what it objects to?
No, I don't. PC Suite converts everything rightaway and I want my stuff in wav that is .wav. I have used WMPlayer and it worked alright in the beginning. It's only now, when I want to transfer very short fragments of songs (some only seconds long), which I have prepared as ringtones (with Audacity), that I get this "Error" message.
