I don't know what the deal with my N80 is but for some reason every time I get a picture message from ANYONE they always come in small! 😡 I have tried looking thru all the options and I can't find ANYTHING that would change this. When my MMS messages come in, I have the phone set so that I have to manually retrieve the messages. Well when I view the details of a message it says that the message is about 58kb, but once I download it the message size is only about 11kb. So why is my phone sizing the messages down? I never had this happen with any other phone. This happens with ANYONE who sends me a picture message. I have tried resetting my configuration settings and everything but nothing seems to work.
Any ideas :con?
are you by any chance in the US on AT&T network ? for a while, AT&T was doing that to all the unbranded phones. I got the same thing on my N80 for a while...but, now for some reason everything back to normal again.

US T-Mobile, and it only does it with my N80. I have an E62 that works fine. My N80 sends pictures just fine but any picture that I recieve no matter what phone it came from, it keeps resizing them to thumbnail size 😡
US T-Mobile here. I have the same problem with my N80. At least I can receive pics now, when I had my E70 nothing would even come through.

Well I am glad to hear that I am not the only one having that problem. I wonder why they are coming out so small. I can't find ANY kinda info on how or why this is occuring :con?

:dontknow: Maybe T-Mobile just have a crappy data transfer network. Their internet is probably the slowest out of the competitors.
I'm still trying to figure out how to save the pictures.

It just does this on my N80. If I put my sim card in another phone it won't do this.
What do you mean save pictures? Are you talking about saving the picture message pictures? If so all you have to do is select the picture and click on Options>Save
I can't save the images my friends send me. It will give me an option to play, but not save. I don't know. I'm pretty sure they aren't videos.
Eh I solved the problem. I got an N95 instead. Now they work great 😃
