I am looking for a contacts manager that will let me download my contacts into a spreadsheet so I can edit them on PC, and then send them back overwriting what was there before.
The Nokia contacts manager is no good because in order to use a spreadsheet you have to do it via Outlook but I have thousands of contacts in Outlook and just a few hundred on the phone, and when I tried this once I ended up with all several thousand of them on the phone, which I definitely dont want.
Plus, once they are in a spreadsheet, if I move to another phone, especially a non-Nokia one, it will be easier to do that.
There seem to be a few contact managers around but hopefully someone knows what the best are for CSV export/import without me having to install them one at a time?
Alternatively, is there some way of having a category against contacts in Outlook, like 'myphone' that I could selectively sync to ? but I would have to start by sending those contacts from the phone and I suspect they would just end up mixed up with all the other contacts?
