Battery wont stop charge

Seen lately that my battery indicator is going up and down as it should when am charging. But its just that it wont stop.
When i am checking with Energy Profiler it shows that phone is eating about 4w.
Is it discharging, charging itself at the same time?
Volt is about 4.17 at this point
Whats the problem?

In previous firmwares i noticed if i have wireless switched on, it would discharge faster that it would charge

are you using an old nokia charger?

This is just something i noticed the last two charges, yesterday and today.
Got a brand new battery from some days back. But guess its temporarily.
Just curious about what it could be..
Happened with old battery sometimes too, but cant see any reason the battery is the prob,.
Using the charger i got when i bought it. july -07

4w is quite a lot. With rotateMe, flipSilent and music player running, mine only uses up 0.5w. Try closing down all your applications, switching off bluetooth, WLAN scanning, and anything else you have running in the background. Use the Energy Profiler at each step to help you find out what's causing it.
