help just got my N95 replaced cant restore my contacts Help !!!!

can any of you kind people out there please help. just hand my hanset replaced by my phone company Nokia N95 i backed up all my numbers with nokia pc suite, when they came to swap my phones over i plugged in my new phone and attempted to do a restore so that i could get all my contacts and sms messages put onto my new phone. but everytime the restore starts doing its thing it freezes when it gets to 62%. HELP PLEASE !!! thanks charger68

Could you please confirm your PC details and PC suite version details. How many contacts did you had on your phone? :icon1:

*#7370# or GREEN and * and 3 while turning on the phone ... this will clear any strange settings..

then try restoring .. JUST the addresses .. see if that works ..

then try .. JUST the messages ..

is the NEW phone using the same firmware version as the old one?

while its in this state I would upgrade it to the latest firmware.

So please identify your phone model and product code and firmware version.

*#0000# = firmware version, date, Product ID
