Have Have N95 on the voafone network and a gmail account. But everytime I try to send receive email I get timed out. Incoming mail server is pop.gmail.com with access port as VfISP, security ports off and outgoing mail server smtp.gmail.com, port 465. Cany understand why it will not work as settings were downloaded via Nokia. Is there something else I need to set/amend? may thanks to anyone who can help

i would just follow these instruction exactly. dont forget to enable IMAP on the gmail account online. gmail released IMAP to gmail accounts, which has advantages over pop accounts. i would try these settings and see how it works.
