What can I restore?

Well I just upgraded my -2 to v20. I was wondering what I can restore from the old v15 fw. I backed it up via content copier. I remember a post saying someone tried to restore v15 settings or user files, can't remember...anyway he bricked his phone.

So what's ok to restore from the following (Content Copier)?

User Files from the Phone Memory
Contacts
Calendar
Notes
Messages
Settings
Bookmarks

you are referring to the N95 8GB right?

Well ive updated three times now and restored everything possible. Ive never bricked my phone. Im on V15 now the latest available from nokia themselves.Where is this thread you refer to, suspect there was more to it than him simply trying to restore everything.
