Number 8 and 3 are the ones that bother me the most, why can't you have a global preference of screen orientation for all games?

Yup. The game and app ought to talk to each other and make sure they stay at the same orientation. If the user changes the orientation in either the app or the game, this change ought to be visible in both (unless it's a game without a horizontal mode).
I'm very miffed at the price. 10 yoyos for a game. I can get bigger budget games for 10 dollars over steam for my PC. Mobile games are typically more disposable - although these titles add a certain amount of depth - not much though. As a game developer myself I'm aware of how much they cost to produce and stinging us for 10 euros is certainly waaaaay overpriced. I think a 5 mark would be better and actually generate more sales and bring more customers to the platform.
