Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I have this incredibly annoying thing that happens whenever I power-on my 'phone (N80, but I don't think that makes any difference).
I live in China and I've got a Chinese SIM card. Shortly after start-up, something entitled "SIM Appl." pops up on the screen with some Chinese writing. I have the choice of either 'OK' or 'Cancel'. If I choose 'OK' then it changes the connection settings on my web browser to automatically use the carrier's GPRS service every time I connect to the web. I actually prefer to use Wifi, most of the time, and in any case would like my 'phone to prompt me for a choice each time I connect. Needless to say, I choose 'Cancel' every time.
I have found the "SIM Appl." thing under the 'My Own' menu, however I am unable to remove it from the 'phone and unable to prevent it from loading automatically every time I turn the 'phone on. It's getting to be very, very irritating.
Any advice?
