I have set up my phone to automatically notify me of new emails as and when they arrive in my googlemail account. But obviously this only works when my phone has an active connection to my network. For some reason when I exit the messaging folder/application it says 'Exiting will disconnect active mailbox connection. Exit anyway?' I can exit by hitting the menu button and it appears to keep the connection to my amail account. Is there a way to keep the connection open all the time? The other problem is that when an email arrives in my inbox, my phone doesn't vibrate, why is this?
