v21 keeps resetting itself....

It's never a good idea to restore a backup after a FW upgrade or de-branding.

A simple format of internal memory should sort any problems this has caused.

If the handset is still crashing & rebooting after this, you either have a hardware fault or something in your MicroSD memory card is corrupt (try removing the card).

Phone numbers, calendar entries - anything that was installed in the phone memory really.

However, it is safe to 'Syncronize' most of the above using PC Suite Sync function. Then Synchronise again after formatting the memory.

Depends which is more important to you? Having to reinstall some apps manually or having a handset that's a bit unstable?
