All N-Gage games can be downloaded for free with a trial period. There is currently a promotion on with FIFA 08 where you can get it for free, but I'd think that has been used up by now. Do a search for more details.
But there are no free games for N-Gage. Just like any other gaming platform, you buy the games. Any free versions would be illegal.
