another newbie here
i,m trying to follow the thread on changing
my product code on my new n95 8gb
as it has all the vodaphone junk on it
and i have an o2 sim
this is currently stopping me from using the net.....
but everything else is ok.
i have downloaded the nss jobbie
but when i get to the stage of 'reading' the installed phone info
nothing comes up,just says error
apparently i should get new driver found wizard appear
after installing nss, but that does not happen either???
hears hoping that some of you very clever chaps
can help out a numpty like me!

but now its given me another problem
when changing product code i lost the maps?
so after installing the map loader on my pc
i reinstalled uk maps
on the applications on the phone
it says maps not installed !!
so i click install and wait and wait(its very slow)
it then says maps installed
but back in applications it still says 'not installed'
at no point can i access any maps, or gps
hmm, i'm confused
has anyone any idea where i've gone wrong
apart from not learning anything when
i went to school.............
