I am receiving white screen probably because my memory is full.
Now when I restart my phone all i see white back light.
I see the NOKIA sign almost immediately but it doesn't go any further.
In order to free up some memory I need to be able to log in to the phone but the phone is not allowing me to do so.
Can somebody please let me know how can I flash my unit? or reset the unit to the factory settings.
Please advise.
