N95 8GB using Orange and Line 2? (ALS) need product code? — Nokia N95 and N95 8GB

Hi Everyone,
Hoping someone on the forum is using an N95 8GB on Orange with line 2 (ALS service) and can provide the product code.

I've tried Euro1 (and 2 and 3 as well as a few others ) but no joy! :frown:

Any N95-2 people out there on Orange with Line 2?

Hi Suze, i have a code for line 2 for the N95, but need a bit of time to find it, ill get back to you in next day or 2 if you can wait that long, its not the eisiest one to find, i found it on a post months ago from Steve R maybe he can find it for you before i can, he posted it on here a while ago

suze, just a quick search threw this at me, it says it works for the N95-1 for ALS, and if i can remember it was the one i used 0548364

Thanks very much - since I am actually after a code for the 8GB version, I was hoping to look up the origin /description of your N95-1 code, and cross that over to a list of N95-2 codes. worth a try so appreciate you posting it!

Goods news is Orange have finally released their N95-2 - with any luck someone will post the code for it soon.

I just got my N95 8GB (N95-2) from Orange UK today with Line 2 running V20.0.016 software. The product code under the battery is 0565878. I hope this helps.

Just updated my new N95 8GB with this product code....great the phone was unlocked and not branded and it became an Orange phone after the update but then restored the backup made before the code update and its now a phone with ALS and even pressing the # key changes lines......briliant

Hi I have just got my phone unlocked from 3 and now use orange I have managed to debrand from3 using euro 2 code, my question is

can I use and orange code :0565878 to rebrand to orange and then use a backup to restore the phone to the debranding settings as the orange version seems to have removed half of the functions

ie settigns etc and the home screen is diffrent basicaly I want to keep the orange bookmarks conection settigns etc but have the debranded menu system
