Hello : i had a problem with the secundary camera... When i try to change from the back camera ---- unexpected errorocurred......
I thought was a firmware issue i debranded from vodafone to EURO 1.
The problem continues...
I need to send to a repair center , but i must put in vodafone again i think...
Is there a way to now what is the original product code ....in the back on the sticker i got the imei and 0558523 is this a product code ?
If i find the product code its possible to downgrade using the same system that i use to debrand ?

I doubt that it's a problem with the debranded firmware itself however that's not to say that there hasn't been a glitch during the upgrade.
It would help though if you told us exactly what the problem actually was.
That number looks as if it is a product code but it's not one that I've seen reported before.
In any case you can't use the the same method to downgrade and there's no safe method of doing this.
Try a hard reset and if you still have problems then reflash the current EURO 1 firmware.
