Ive taken 3 photos of my CBR1100xx all different days though and with a different camera phone ......differences are in lighting conditions all are taken with 640x480 analysis ( i will post more photos of the same object and all in the same day and lighting conditions very soon so we can have a fair comparison)

you can see that the n7650 easily get blurry on the sides :x
i really hated that when i had the phone but i really loved the night mode 😃 😃
Would be better if you took three picture of the scene... Can't judge different light scenarios....
For me it looks like the best picture taken of your very cool cycle is with the MCA20, atleast when i looked at the small details, but the picture taken with MCA20 has the best light
