I am trying to upgrade my N82 to Version 20.x
Using the latest Software Updater, the application says that now new software is available since my version is 6wk41v47.5. I try this om my XP Pro SP 2 laptop.
If I do this on my Vista system, it correctly says, "there is an update available" and it shows my current version (v. 11.0.117) but then the updater freezes while trying to upgrade.
Can anyone help?
