Before I pay, is this for sure a n95-4? The guy claims it is, but Im not sure because in the description specs it doesnt have the US 3G. It has the box with the pink GPS sticker though...

I thought we all knew not to buy phones from ebay
I purchased my N95 8GB off eBay and had no problems. Except I failed to do my research because I was so excited about the phone and purchased the European model (N95-2):banghead:As far as that eBay auction I would not bid without an actual picture of the phone, specifically the sticker under the battery, which would tell you straight away what model it is. Check out Dell, with the 15% off coupon and regular shipping it comes out to like $580ish. The only thing is you need to be a small business, I don't know if you could just make up a name or not, but if you go through them its legitimately brand new. :icon14:
It is for sure a US version N95-4 8gb. The pink sticker is the 6 months free subscription on Nokia maps with voice activated. ONLY US VERSION
yes except the specs say wCDMA 2100, which is not the -4. honestly why are you buying from ebay at this price when you can get it from dell for 100 dollars cheaper? i got my brand new n95-4 from dell for 515 USD plus tax. i hate ebay.
that said, the box is correct cause it shows the 6 month free navigation. but who knows, maybe some guy bought the wrong version n95-2, then re-ordered a correct -4, and now he is trying to pawn off his old -2 in a -4 box. but he does have good feedback. i just dont know.
Because everyone knows Westminster Abbey is in the states 😉
Well it looks legit other than the non us 3g. Maybe he just made a mistake...i dunno. I asked him and he said he was sure it was an N95-4. I told him I want my money back if it ends up not a -4...
