Changing N95 video capture frame rate

I suspect the answer is 'no', but just in case: is it possible to change the N95's video capture settings, so that it records video at 25 frames/sec instead of 30?

You can guess why I am asking: I use iMovie to produce home videos edited from N95 footage, which I may wish to put onto DVD in the future. As I live in the UK, ideally I need to produce PAL-format discs*, but in the process the video footage needs to be 'downsampled' from 30fps to 25fps, and the result is jerky movement which can be quite unpleasant to watch (especially if there's a lot of movement on-screen).

I have a Mac application which is supposed to do the 30>25 conversion much better than iDVD, but is it possible to set the N95 to record video at 25fps instead of 30, so I don't have to bother with conversion at all?

Many thanks,
Tim.

* - Yes, I know that almost all TVs in the UK can play both 'native' PAL (25fps) and NTSC (30fps) video, but I can't guarantee that everyone I'd want to send a DVD to, has this capability.
