Does TomTom charge my network using the internal GPS?

Hello, I am newbie to the forum and just wondering if TomTom V6 on a N95 8gb, using the internal GPS, will charge my network anything?

Tom Tom (unless hacked) will not use the internal GPS

it will only charge you when you need to go online to download either map info or real time traffic updates

Great stuff. It's just that I noticed the GPS emulator asks to send and recieve data and my 3g symbol in th top left changes to something that looks like '3gs'.
Any advice would be helpful - cheers!!!!

If the GPS emulator uses the built in A-GPS, then yes, you will incur a data charge, but only a few kb every time.
