Nokia Service Center !!!!!

ok , now i have a nsc very close to my house from whom i got my 7650 official with bill and warrenty. and i am using 3.12 firmware. i want to upgrade my firmware and i asked him if he did it. firstly he did not even know wht is firmware or flasher box. and the only place i can get an upgrade from is 25 miles away and i am too lazy to go there. are all nsc's supposed to have a flasher box or they can choose if they want to. and if they are all to have it where can i complain to nokia that in my place they only treat u well till the sales, and the service is hopless. if ne1 knows where i can upgrade the 7650 in bombay plz tell me
